Students can't join again
I created a New account for my student. She was able to join two days ago. Now she can't.

Here’s how
Hello Zoya, most likely your student has forgotten his/her username or password. You can help them by giving out their personal info again (My Students>All Students>Edit Student). Also, it's important that your students use their USERNAMES for logging in and not their Full Names.

Zoya, did it help? My students are having the same problem. I changed their passwords but the problem remains, they can't log in.
Hello Daria . Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the problem is still exist. Moreover assigned workbooks are not shown in some students' accounts. I am desperate. Tired of sending a request for help every day
