Audio problems

I agree. I've been trying to add mp3 files to a new worksheet all these days, unfortunately, in vain. Also, when a worksheet with working audio files from other users is added to the workbook, it doesn't play audio anymore. There are many complaints about this problem on the Forum already, so I hope it gets solved soon.

We released a fix for the MP3 issue today (04/08). Please confirm if it works. Thank you for reporting the issue! Please mind that in some cases, you might need to add an MP3 file again to the worksheet.

I've added an MP3 file again to te workseet but it won't work. To make it safe, I have deleted that worksheet and created a new one, adding an MP3. But things don't seem to change.

1) Audio files can't be played after I add worksheets to workbooks. My students aren't able to play MP3 files on their workbooks. That only happens with recently added worksheets to workbooks.

2) When I'm creating a worksheets I do my best to get a good alignment of all the elements I add to the worksheets, but after I save them, all the elements go a little above, and it gets even worse on lower pages. If my worksheets has 5 or 6 pages, all the element get totally out of their places, specially on the lower pages, like page 3, 4, 5 and 6. It looks like the background image moves down, specially on lower pages.

my audio file didn't work too. I tried to create the new one but it still didn't work.

LISTENING FUNCTION DOESN'T WORK. I CAN PLAY AUDIO FILES BUT I CAN'T HEAR THE SOUND WHEN TRYING TO LISTEN TO SPEECH SYNTHESIZER FUNCTION. IT WORKS ON MOBILE PHONE BUT IT DOESN'T WORK ON LAPTOP.

It didn't help. It is very unfortunate

I've solved the problem using Firefox.
