mp3 not playing
Apart from a disorganised dashboard where all the workbooks appear in a non alphabetical order which makes me waste time sifting through 98 of them, apart from not seeing the thembnails on the worksheets, all the mp3 files do not work. I hope this is solved soon as I cannot work with anything at the moment.
Hi Emilia, we checked your account and were able to see some worksheets that had MP3 functionality on them and they appeared to work for us. What would be helpful is to indicate which worksheet you're having issues with, and any other helpful details so we can investigate the issue further such as what operating system your using (PC or Mac), and what browser. thanks for answering, I shall send you a video of what happens so you can see that the mp3s don't work for me.
I am happy to report there have been some progress in resolving the issue with MP3s. A fix was put in place that should resolve most issues. Teachers who have this problem that the mp3 player still doesn’t work and looks like the arrow and the bar are stacked on top of each other on two separate lines must upload the mp3 file again because there was an error in the "Save and view" button and it didn’t save the mp3 files. We fixed this issue.
