Hi, I made an interactive worksheet with an existing listening task here: https://www.liveworksheets.com/7-xe221400te However, the audio is gone. I see the audio of this listening task is only available in the section My Favourite Worksheets, where I have added that particular worksheet. Can you please explain why this happens and how I can fix it?

Hi, I now understand it is because students should not normally access the audio.

Hi, No, students are expected to have access to the audio! Something has happened to this worksheet in particular.

It is recommended to use an updated version of Chrome browser or Safari, although it might work in other web browsers If you are using a mobile device or tablet, you might need to install the corresponding language. This may vary in different devices, but in general you have to go to Settings > Language & input > Text to speech output > Install the language. If you are using a Chromebook, please take into account that this device is not compatible with the voice synthesizer.

Did you include a box with this code? playmp3:name_of_file.mp3 It doesn't seem to be there. Try making the box again and uploading the .mp3 file again.
