Hello,
I get a message telling that I have 13 groups but I only have 3. I have just emptied the recycle bin... but I guess I have to wait and I'll be able to get access to my workbooks again...???Will I?

Would you mind trying to refresh by Ctrl+F5 on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Macs to see the changes?
For additional options see below:
On Macs:
If you're using Chrome:
hold down Shift and click the refresh button on your browser, or
hold down Command(⌘), Shift, and R
If you're using Safari:
hold down Shift and click the refresh button on your browser, or
hold down Command(⌘), Option, and R
On PCs:
hold down CTRL and click the refresh button
hold down CTRL and F5
