I have deleted my workbooks to fit into the parameter of the free subscription however I am unable to access , Can you please asses me ? Thank you

Hello, look at the bottom of the My Students, My Workbooks, or My Worksheets page for the Recycle bin. Click on the recycle bin and permanently remove the items in there. It will help for free subscription!

Thank you so much! I have permanently removed all the items from my recycle bin and finally I have my free subscription.
