The reason you are not able to subscribe to the teacher 500 Plan is that you have a lot of teachers linked to your school plan that you are subscribed to right now. If you unlink the teachers, you will be able to subscribe to the teacher 500 plan. Go to My Account and there you will see all the teachers you can unlink.
