My student took a test and sent it to me. I got a the message/ notifictaion in my email. But when I log in I can not see the worksheet in my in box. Why is that?
When you assign a worksheet, click on Custom Link, and then these options will appear. Make sure you click on the box that says Send answers to my mailbox.

Thank you for your quick answer. But I honestly did not even know that it was something that needed extra clicks. Why is there then even the option for the student "Email answers to my teacher then" ? What's the point of that?
I'm so sorry and disappointed. And I do not know what say to my student now. Or is there a way I can still somehow see that test?

That option is turned on by default, it is not likely that you disabled it. Have you tried looking in "Notifications?"
Make sure you are using the same account that you used to create that link.

Yes, I asked the student to send the answers to another e-mail, not the one that I used for creating the account. But I thought that to that e-mail I only get the notification that the test is done and submitted. And I did get that info. But due to the two different emails I can not see the test result. Is there any way I could still somehow retrieve the test results after all this confusion? Could the IT support help me here?

OK. I got it!! I had still made two different accounts!! That's what happens when in a hurry... Thank you so much for your answers that directed me towards solving this confusion!

You're welcome. Take my advice, get rid of one of your accounts, it will cause you no end of trouble! I talk from hard experience.
