Payment trouble... again!

Once again trouble with payment. Payment was due yesterday, paid it off, received a receipt from liveworksheets (so far so good). This morning, however, when I tried to access my account, surprise surprise, I was not allowed access as my account appears to be in arrears ! I have sent an email to the liveworksheets team, however the problem persists. This is getting a bit of a joke now guys, seriously! It makes us look very unproffesional to our students even though it is not our fault.
