Search For Answers

I wonder why I can't change  my worksheet from private to be a public worksheet so that I can share with my school partner.

All my students suddenly complain about the disappearance of both buttons "Save for later" and "Finish". 

I've checked their accounts to confirm the information too.

Is the page repairing or what can I do for my students?

Why are not all my student registered in the class and some of them are not showing up in the groups results?

I am a big fan of your platform. I teach students English and German in a state school in Ukraine and was always so grateful for such a perfect platform. But today, 14/09, nobody of my students could do their homework. This note can be seen on their screens. Could you explain what's wrong? I cannot share any other links.

I erased all the students and groups I had last year and I would like to register this year's new students. I've been trying to do so and nothing happened. I prefer to register my students myself, it actually saves time and i can keep control on their usernames and passwords.

I'm trying to set up exercises so that students can check their answers when they complete the task. But apparently I can't select this option. Rather, despite selecting it, then students seem to have only the option to email the task to the teacher. Is this because I'm using the free version? 

Hi admin, I recommend you disable multiple choice options (you should not allow students click on multi options, they should only check ONE for each questions.

I discovered that student can easily cheat when they do their homework. They check all options and then click finish then they see the right answers. That is terrible.

How do i add a new student to an existing group?

Hi, I have a problem with the offensive content in the worksheet.

I sent the link to my students asking to do the task and got one worksheet with very unpleasant words about me. As they can sign any names, I cannot track the "criminal". Is it possible to track the IP in this website or something like that? I wrote to the support, however no answer.

Hello, i would like to delete students who have dropped out and I can´t find the otion to delete them.  Is it possible to do so?.  Thanks in advance
