Read the text to identify specific information. Before they start reading, you can elicit some ideas about which strategies they can use in order to identify specific information in the text. Probably they will answer “Highlighting or underlining” Then you can ask “Is it recommendable to underline complete paragraphs? Why? What ideas should be underlined or highlighted?” Promote students' reflection until they get the idea to underline or highlight only relevant ideas related to the information required in the worksheet.
