Крок 1. Орієнтація у теорії (Grammar Reference)

Перш ніж братися за вправи, зверніть увагу на інформаційну панель у верхній частині аркуша. Вона слугуватиме вашою шпаргалкою. Пам’ятайте:

  • Present Simple ми обираємо для описів звичок, фактів та щоденної рутини. Нашими вірними помічниками тут є слова always, usually, every day.

  • Present Continuous вказує на те, що діється цієї миті або є тимчасовим. Шукайте слова-маркери now, at the moment, today.

Крок 2. Робота з вибором (Вправа 1)

Ваше перше завдання — обвести правильну форму дієслова. У кожному реченні «заховане» сигнальне слово. Знайдіть його: якщо дія повторюється щоранку (every morning) — використовуйте просту форму, якщо ж ми бачимо заклик «Дивись!» (Look!) — обирайте тривалу форму з закінченням -ing.

Крок 3. Конструювання речень (Вправа 2)

Тут вам потрібно самостійно поставити дієслово, що в дужках, у правильну форму. Будьте особливо уважними:

  • Не забувайте додавати закінчення -s, якщо дію виконує he, she або it.

  • Пам'ятайте про «трійку» допоміжних дієслів am, is, are для тривалого часу. Без них конструкція просто не працюватиме!

Крок 4. Логічна відповідність (Вправа 3)

Проаналізуйте ситуації в реченнях та з’єднайте їх із правилами (a, b, c або d). Поміркуйте, що саме описує речення: загальновідомий факт (наприклад, про тварин), вашу особисту звичку чи щось, що ви робите лише цього тижня як виняток.

Крок 5. Роль коректора (Вправа 4)

Уявіть себе редакторами — у кожному реченні допущено одну помилку. Знайдіть її та виправте. Це може бути неправильне допоміжне дієслово або помилково вжитий час. Перепишіть речення повністю на вільній лінії, щоб воно виглядало бездоганно.

Крок 6. Фінальна перевірка

Залиште 2 хвилини наприкінці, щоб переглянути свої записи. Перевірте написання складних слів та наявність усіх закінчень.
