If you're having login issues where teachers or students are unable to login, the following may help narrow down the cause and troubleshoot a solution.

If teachers or students are having issues logging in, here are some possible causes to look into.

Some users have had an issue logging in and is preventing reCaptcha from loading on the login page.   reCaptcha has requirements such as ability to load JavaScript or browser requirements.  If any of these requirements are not met,  are turned off or disabled, or prevented to load because of network or school firewall rules or policies; then captcha may not load and you will not be able to login.

Missing Students, Groups, Worksheets, Followed Worksheets or Workbooks

To recover missing content, manually trigger the migration from your settings page. 

Procedure:

As a teacher I want to add and remove worksheets to My favorite worksheets.   

For sharing a custom link to a worksheet.

Sharing worksheet link to students using WhatsApp.

Sharing worksheet link to students using Microsoft Teams.

1. Share your worksheet link to your Google Classroom.

   1. Along the top menu select Worksheets.
   2. Select the desired worksheet.
   3. Above the worksheet image, select Share to Google Classroom

   1. 1. On My Dashboard select My Workbooks.
      2. Select Add Workbook.
      3. On the customization page, check Share With School.
