Nice worksheet!
There is a small error in the last activity - it should be "Do you have any brothers or sisters?" (plural)
Also, I think to say "she has glasses" is ok, but "she wears glasses" would be better :)

I like this worksheet because it includes practice and production.
In the reading, it says "She has glasses". I think the correct way to say it is: "She wears glasses", isn't it?
