Hey AnaTeamuna. How are you?
I'd like to make a point here, if you don't mind.
There is a sort of 'awkward' issue in the first listening (How international are you?) option 4 (She has been to Italy). The thing is that, from my linguistic point of view, that sentence represents an inference (or implication in some cases) and not a FALSE answer. It's simply because it makes confusions among EFL learners... believe me!
