englishteacherpmi is absolutely right!
Hi, Thanks for the worksheet. It's really good! However, it should say "the Simpsons" because it's the Simpson family. Also, walk means go on foot so I would change 13. in ex. 2 to "The children _______(go)to school on foot." or "The children______(walk)to school."
I don't agree with you YCDSB! The following 3 possibilities are grammatically correct:
1) Did she try on her new dress?
2) Did she try her new dress on?
3) Did she try IT on?
However, you CANNOT say: Did she try on IT?* (This is ungrammatical).
This is a good worksheet. I have one suggestion. #11 should be corrected.
Did she try on her new dress? The preposition should not be at the end.
